How does the 7-day free trial work?
You set up auto-pay once with Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, card or net banking) and pay nothing during the trial. Your first payment is taken automatically on day 7 and then every billing cycle. Cancel any time before day 7 and you are never charged. Your bank or Razorpay notifies you before each debit, as RBI rules require.
Does Orvexa Cloud take a cut of each sale?
No. You pay a flat monthly subscription and a 0% platform fee on every sale. Payment gateway charges from Razorpay are separate and are set by Razorpay.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly takes 10% off: 12 months at 90% of the monthly price.
What do WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta bills WhatsApp messages at cost, with no Orvexa mark-up. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free, and so are utility templates sent inside it. Marketing templates are charged (₹0.8631 each in India) and so are utility templates sent outside the window (₹0.115 each), as listed on Meta's rate card on 7 October 2026. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new store gets a 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged until day 7, and you can cancel any time before that.
What happens if a payment fails?
Razorpay retries a failed payment automatically and you are notified by email and SMS. If the retries are exhausted, your store moves into a read-only grace period for 7 days so you can update your payment method without losing data.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Card, UPI and bank details are entered in Razorpay’s PCI DSS compliant checkout, so they never reach or get stored on Orvexa’s servers. We keep only a subscription reference, and we verify the cryptographic signature on every payment event before acting on it.
